Founded June 25, 2009  BPDFriends.com was created to assist those with the borderline personality and bipolar disorders or those with similar traits in understanding that they are not alone and to provide them a place where they can discuss their disorder and their lives without judgment.

This is a supportive environment where  members will receive emotional support, a listening ear, resources as needed, and the opportunity to talk with others with the same disorder.  We have also selected information (articles and books) about the disorders that will provide you with an increased understanding of the symptoms, history, causes, and nature of both borderline personality and bipolar disorders.  As well as a question and answer section that is powered by Yahoo Answers.

If you are a family member or friend of someone with borderline personality disorder, you are also probably seriously affected.   We welcome you to join as well so you can help or understand your loved one(s).
